We have Ab & Booty Camp in Winter sessions, and other cool camps for kids and adults in summer as well. Camps are closed for Sprng, but check back for Summer Suburban Jungle Camp info in May!

Kids Alternative FitCamps 
A new alternative for kids this summer! For 2 hours twice a week they'll have so much fun they won't remember they're learning healthy stuff. Everything from functional sports & aerobic training to yoga & Pilates.
 
The camp will build agility, self-confidence, flexiblity, and strength in a safe, specialized program. An amazing body-mind-heart experience to benefit your children physically and socially.
 
Bring a healthy snack, water, a beach towel, and clean indoor fitness shoes & socks.

Middle School FitCamp: Closed
For 6 - 8th graders, a critical age to keep them moving. This camp also offers body image and healthy choices coaching.  $96

Pre-Schoolers FitCamp: Closed 
Mini-camp for  3 - 5 year olds, meeting once a week for 1 1/2 hours for 3 weeks. Cost: $54
Ab & Booty Camp--SOLD OUT!
We'd like to meet with you twice a week for seven weeks of this summer to jump start you on a program that will help change your body and change your mind about fitness. It's hard work, but you can do it, no matter what your current fitness level. Physical and fitness assessments will be measured pre- and post-camp, and you'll have a great time getting to know how much you can improve your health and your outlook in less than one summer!
 
Cost of the complete Camp: $200.

Bad Back Camp~Closed
Weekly classes and "assignments" for reducing back pain and improving spine health. A postural analysis, plus training in flexibility, stability, and core strength are all included in this 4-week program. Men are issued a special invitation to this camp, as much of the programming will focus on specific concerns for the male body, and building better back health habits for life.

 Sweet Release Camp~Closed
Weekly classes for reducing stress, renewing energy and enhancing flow. This is a quiet class using stretching techinques, muscle activation and myofacial release, to connect body, mind, breath and balanced movement. The key word is restorative.
 
This is a 3-week mini-camp will happen in August, just in time to prep for busy fall!
