IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: EID IS CLOSED FOR BUSINESS

IT WAS A FANTASTIC RUN! WE'VE CHANGED OUR LIVES TOGETHER IN THE SUCCESSFUL PURSUIT OF WELLNESS. BUT FAITH IS MOVING ON TO A CORPORATE MARKETING/WRITING POSITION. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND LOYALTY. AND REMEMBER, WHEN IT COMES TO HEALTH AND FITNESS, DO WHATEVER WORKS!!

We are accepting No New Clients at This Time.

 POLICIES

1. Registration for classes is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment for classes is due at sign-up, before the class begins.

  • We take checks and cash at the studio, made out to Exercise In Disguise.
  • Charge cards ok, but online only; you can click on "Pay Now" above. Simple!

3. Box of ChocolatesTM:  Punch cards may only be used by one person and are not transferable. Use them to come to any BoC class time during the week: your schedule and frequency are up to you. There are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes: if you reserve it, your card will be marked. You can show up at the last minute to see if there's a spot available, but you'll take your chances if class if full, or cancelled due to lack of sign-ups. Contact Faith to learn how to reserve a spot in a BoC class.

4. 24-hour Cancel Notice is required if a student hopes to take advantage of a make-up class as a courtesy. With 24-hour notice, students may recoup a missed class during the session, if an opening exists in a similar class. There are no refunds, fee discounts or guaranteed make-ups for missed classes.

5. Prorated fees for the trimester may be available when new students sign up for classes already in session. Prorating is not available for absences (i.e. vacation). It may be possible to reschedule classes in advance for planned absences, however this service is not guaranteed. Please inquire at sign-up about prorated fees if you are starting late.

6. Intro to Pilates Requirement: Pilates is a specialized conditioning method, aiming to make several key principals understood by the bodies and minds of its students. To promote class safety, effectiveness and personalized modifications, a 1-hour Introduction to Pilates class is required of new students. These classes are offered at regular intervals and in week 1 of Novice Matwork. Students learn what they need to know to confidently enter a Pilates class at the appropriate level.

7. All students must complete health and emergency information forms and sign a waiver of liability which states that the student has health clearance from their physician to participate in exercise programs and fitness activities as offered at EID.

8. Drop-in Rates are available for EID students to attend a class that has an opening, which they are not registered for--with prior approval. Maybe you missed a class, maybe you have a special occasion, maybe you're bored... just ask and we'll let you know if you can drop-in and pay for the single class! E-mail & phone requests are checked twice a day during the week, at 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
