August 16, 2010
This week the studio is CLOSED, except for Ab & Booty Camp on Monday evening and Intro. to Pilates on Thursday evening. Please call Faith at 847-845-0297 or email faith@exerciseindisguise.net to discuss your Fall class registration.
The studio reopens for the FALL SESSION beginning Monday August 23. The shedule is posted here on the website. The Class Calendar is is the process of being updated and will reflect the Fall class rosters before the new session begins.
Payments are due now for Fall. Please call or write faith to make arrangements to get your fees in to her before classes begin. Thank you and see you soon!
TEESHIRT SPECIAL: I have a new line of really cool shirts coming out for fall session so I'd like to empty my coffers of the current shirts, whatever sizes or styles I have in stock. Please take 40% off any shirt on the wall or in stock. I don't mind losing a bit on them because I really am looking forward to introducing you to the new ones in late August. Soooo, buy your discounted EID shirt today!
Please remember that unless you are dropping in and paying the single class rate, you are signed up for a trimester of classes which is tuition based, per season. Currently a trimester offers roughly three months of classes, but there is no exact count of classes or set fee per class attended. Holidays and absences will affect the number of classes included in your trimester. We aim to keep sessions between 11 and 13 weeks long.
"Make-up days" are a courtesy for those with planned absences who want to attend for a full session but know they will miss a class or two due to a vacation, work meetings, etc. That week of classes is not a guaranteed schedule, but will attempt to offer enough spaces for those who have missed due to planned absences with 24-hour notice. Everyone else is welcome to drop-in to classes that week, and pay the drop in rate.
Exceptions: Switching class days withinin the week for Zumba or Mat is sometimes possible. However, at least 24 hours notice is needed and in-person requests are best.
