PRIVATE TRAINING & NON-DIET WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
 
Private training at EID is rooted in a Pilates-based fitness program, and in some cases will be the basis of a more complete training package with an eye on a well-rounded weekly activity set and eating styles for nourishment.
 
Private work is strongly recommended for very specific rehabilitative needs or for those with strict physical limitations. Also, many people choose private training sessions to vigorously pursue a targeted goal--it could be marathon training, injury recovery, serious weight management, etc.  Sometimes starting with one or two private classes is a good choice for those who are new to Pilates and concerned about interacting in a more experienced group. 
 
Personal consults also fall under the same heading--for clients who wish to track fitness goals with body measurments, body composition and other calculations, personal consults are required. Personal consults are included in private training fees when a client registers for at least 4 private classes.
 
Private training and personal consults do cost more, but prove to be worth the extra investment when focused attention, high accountability, or individual comfort levels in the workout environment, are primary concerns.

Training times are individually scheduled, by request.
