Personalized Weight Management Programs

                               "The longer you wait to make changes,

Want to address your body weight, once and for all, and get to where you know you need to be? Interested in receiving personal coaching to teach and support you as you transform your lifestyle to a slimmer, fitter, healthier, happier one? Faith offers individual programs for those seeking Sane & Simple Weight Management. You need not be working out at EID, or working out at all, for that matter. We will arrange our meetings around your schedule, and they can be in person, on the phone, via email, or any combination of the above. Your 4-month program can continue on as long as you need it to, with as much frequency as you choose, but it will always include the following:

 

~ Personal inventory including body weight and body type assessment, lifestyle and experiences, motivations and goals, health measures and other concerns

 

~ Initial consult with an overview of the program, which isn't a restrictive diet program, but a revamping of your eating style and habits that have led to weight gain

 

~ An extensive food inventory process, which will guide you through a ranking system for all the foods and beverages you enjoy most, never eat, or have never tried. The food inventory process results in a wonderful guide you can use to tweak or reinvent your everyday eating style to help you lose weight and maintain that loss!

 

~  A complete food tracking and evaluation program, which will require you to write down everything you eat, for at least four weeks. (Some folks will track for months, some forever....it's always according to individual needs.)

 

~ Weekly monitoring of food tracking information, and one-on-one advice about improvements or changes to be made

 

~  Weekly weigh-in accountabilty (although you might be weighing on your own and reporting, honestly, back to me)

 

~  Weekly general instructions, tips and reminders about your program, and alternative ideas on how you can keep motivated and make it work even better

 

~ Monthly Look-Backs and reevaluation, goal adjustments as needed

 

~ Send-Off consult to review all that worked, and why, and to provide instructions for ongoing weight management on your own

 

You can start your Sane & Simple program at any time.

The minimum enrollment is for the initial 4 months.

The cost for your initial 4-month program is $300. (payable in 2 installments) 

 

Ongoing programs will be priced for weekly, bi-monthly or monthly services,

ranging from $40 - $100 per month.

  • Use a full list of resources and tools for continued support, as well as a giant food inventory to help you decide on, shop for and eat terrific foods you enjoy while managing your weight.
